GIPHY GRIEF

GIPHY is a nice upgrade in regards to the positioning of a start and stop point when creating a gif. It beats having to increase/decrease the number of frames to find/edit what you’re trying to create. However, my true gripe is in trying to determine the file size; this is where GifGrabber was superior. It’s absurd that a 3 second gif still exceeds the 2MB max TUMBLR allows for uploads. At least with GifGrabber you could get a longer gif and still have it within the allowed size. Longer gifs also tend to look better. The next update should include the file size as well as the ability to choose between HD and standard capturing (another gem feature of GifGrabber). I use(d) GifGrabber for TUMBLR more than any other site and if GIPHY can meld together its attributes with those of its own, then this would be a 10 star app hands down.
